Who these terms are between

These terms are between NVM (Naked Video Marketing), run by Santi Santiago from Christchurch, New Zealand, and the person or business named on the invoice. NVM’s New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) is 9429050786008.

The service

We plan, write, design and publish social media content for your business. The level you buy (Starter Presence, Growth Engine or Full Social Department) sets the scope, and your welcome email confirms exactly what is included in that month. The work is measured by that scope rather than by a fixed count of posts.

Month to month billing

Your first month is paid through the payment link on the pricing page. After that, Stripe charges the same amount each month on the same date. Payment is taken in advance.

• If a payment fails, we email you and try again. The service pauses until it clears.
• Cancel any time by email before your next billing date and nothing further is charged.
• Once a month has started we do not refund part of it, apart from the guarantee below.

Founding rate

Founding clients get 20% off for the life of the account while the service continues without a break. Cancel and come back later and the rate in force at that time applies instead.

The 14-day guarantee

If you are not happy in the first 14 days, email us and we refund your first month in full. No form to fill in and no argument.

What we do not promise

We do not promise follower growth, engagement numbers, leads, sales or media coverage. No honest provider can guarantee those, and that includes newspaper, radio or online coverage. What we promise is the work itself, done properly and on schedule. This is marketing work, not legal or financial advice.

Your part

You give us access to the accounts we need, tell us about promotions and changes in the business, and check that anything you send us is accurate and lawful. Claims about your products and services stay your responsibility. If we ask you to confirm a claim or a special offer, a quick reply keeps the schedule on track.

Ownership of the content

Once a month is paid for, the content we made for that month is yours to use however you like. We keep our own systems, templates and working methods. We may name you as a client and show the work unless you ask us not to.

Pausing or stopping

You can stop at any time. We can stop too, for example if payment stops arriving, if the material we are asked to publish is dishonest or unlawful, or if the working relationship breaks down. Either way we give notice by email and finish the work you have already paid for where we can.

Our liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your service, we email you before it takes effect.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts can hear any dispute. Questions about anything here go to santiago@nakedvideomarketing.com.
