Who we are

NVM (Naked Video Marketing) is a done-for-you social media service run by Santi Santiago from Christchurch, New Zealand. Our New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) is 9429050786008. Questions about this policy go through the contact page.

What we collect

• What you put in the application form. Your name, email, business name, website, social handles and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Booking details. Your name, email and the time you pick when you book a call.
• Payment details. Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We see your name, email, what you paid for and whether the payment went through.
• Your email address, if you join the newsletter on Substack.
• Basic website data. Standard server logs and cookies, the same as almost every website.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries and book calls with you.
• To deliver and manage the service, including posting to the social accounts you give us access to.
• To take payment and keep the accounting records the law requires.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To see which pages get read, so the site stays useful.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Your details reach only the tools that run this business, and only when they need them.

• Google. Forms, spreadsheets, calendar and video calls.
• Stripe. Payments and subscriptions.
• Substack. The newsletter, if you joined it.
• Our website host and the plugins that keep this site running.
• Our scheduling and publishing tools, when we manage your social accounts.
• Professional advisers, when the law requires it.

None of them may use your details for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay on file for two years after we last hear from you. Client and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need something, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.

Cookies and this website

This site uses cookies for basic function and caching. You can turn cookies off in your browser and the site will still work. We look at simple traffic numbers to see which pages people read. Nothing here follows you around the internet.

Your choices and rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email santiago@nakedvideomarketing.com and we will answer within a few working days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when anything changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
